Workshop Goals

  • Design ideas for Advisory (goals, role of the Advisor, timing and grouping)
  • A series of experiences that engage meaningful conversations, rituals, personal reflection, and positive group interactions among students
  • Activities that will deepen and promote inter- and intra-personal development, and explores the importance of a structured, but emerging curriculum for Advisory
  • Training to facilitate IFSEL’s cornerstone practice and student-favorite, The Open Session
