Practical Tools for Middle and High School
Advisors and Homeroom Teachers

New online Cohort Format

This inspiring online course offers new and experienced Advisors the opportunity to build and re-energize their approach and tools for advising. The course explores IFSEL's "8 Principles for a Thriving Advisory Program", with specific focus on the Advisory Program Goals, the Role of the Advisor and Building Advisee Buy-In. We will also cover IFSEL's 'Rule of Thirds' for Advisory Program design, and experience  ‘low-prep, high-impact’ activities and practices to bring your Program to life.

This online course has a new 'Cohort' format, offering participants the chance to immerse themselves deeply in content and collaboration during the three 'Core Sessions', and then deepen and troubleshoot implementation through our 'Integration and Reflection Sessions'.
