Leading for SEL Scholarship

In honor and memory of IFSEL Director and friend, the scholarship supports administrators in K-12 schools in the US and Internationally to build school communities where empathy abounds and all people thrive.

Who Should Apply

We strongly encourage applications from those with an interest and commitment to any of the following - all of which were passions of our colleague Dan:

• Equity-rooted approached to SEL
• Service Learning and travel with students
• Building communities of educators committed to wellbeing and life-long learning

This scholarship is open to administrators in K-12 schools, anywhere in the world.

Applications for the 2025-26 scholarship closes September 15, 2025.

Recipients of this scholarship receive:

• Registration at one of IFSEL's 4-Day Summer Institutes (in-person)
• Participate in IFSEL's SEL Leadership Program (online)
• Ongoing coaching with a member of the IFSEL Team (online)
