Four Session Online Course for K-6 Educators

This experiential online course helps K-6 educators build classrooms where students feel connected, emotionally safe, and ready to learn. Through practical lessons, rituals, and reflective practices, participants build confidence to lead SEL in ways that are authentic, engaging, and immediately usable.

Participants learn to lead morning circles, support conflict repair, and communicate about SEL with students, families, and colleagues using common language and practices.

We will develop an online cohort of peers to develop skills. Schools that send teams find the course helps foster more shared language, connection, and alignment across classrooms over time.

This Course Is Designed for Schools Where:

  • SEL is happening inconsistently or could be stronger
  • Teachers are improvizing because the curriculum hasn’t fully landed
  • Staff feel reactive or overwhelmed by student behavior
  • New staff and TAs lack a shared SEL vocabulary
  • Staff feel reactive or overwhelmed by student behavior
  • There is a need for clearer ways to communicate the school’s SEL approach to families

What Participants Will Gain

  1. Practical SEL tools for immediate use: Participants leave with lessons, rituals, and strategies they can begin using right away.
  1. Greater consistency over time : Educators learn a shared sequence of practices that can help create a more coherent student experience across classrooms and grades.
  1. Shared language and approaches: When schools send teams, educators begin developing common language around emotions, communication, and repair.
  1. Research-aligned practices: The course is grounded in CASEL competencies, informed
