Seven Sessions. Measurable Impact.
A Community That Follows Your Lead.

The SEL Leadership Program is built for school leaders who are ready to move from good intentions to visible, school-wide results — whether you're stepping into leadership for the first time, looking to deepen your impact in the role you're already in, or aspiring to lead. Over seven months, you'll develop the strategic tools, leadership frameworks, and peer network to drive meaningful and lasting change across your entire school community.

This is a learning community as much as it is a program. You'll grow alongside a cohort of school leaders from around the world — sharing what's working, exploring what isn't, and building the kind of trusted relationships that make the hard work feel less isolating.

Each session is designed to be as renewing as it is practical, so you leave feeling both inspired and equipped to lead.

"The SEL Leadership Program from IFSEL has been wonderful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others!

I have thoroughly enjoyed connecting with educators from around the world that are willing to share their SEL journey with the class. The course is well-organized, and each online session has provided me with many resources that have been helpful, inspiring, motivating, and often leave me wanting to learn even more.

My individual coaching sessions that are included with the class have helped me create meaningful and achievable goals to help my school move forward in our SEL programming."
