Are you looking to strengthen your educator team's sense of connection and wellbeing? Are you seeking to build collective efficacy through a culture of communal care that helps everyone return to their work feeling genuinely restored?
Building Adult Cultures of Communal Care workshop is both professional development and personal renewal. You'll come away with practical adult SEL skills that are ready to use straight away. Sessions cover strategies to build emotionally healthy, connected teams, with approaches to manage your own wellbeing through a demanding year. You'll find tools to turn to when conflict arises between adults, plus time to consider how a culture of communal care can be restored even when things are tough. Through the science of wellbeing and the art of showing up for one another, you'll learn how to support teams and one another with honesty and warmth.
By the end you'll walk away with a toolkit of life-affirming practices and a renewed sense of why educator belonging shapes everything that follows in the classroom.
