Targeted SEL Training to Onboard New Staff

This summer, join one of our two-day workshops designed for new faculty and staff at schools with established SEL programs. Whether you’re brand new to SEL, transitioning into a school with an existing program, or joining an IFSEL School, these sessions will provide the tools and confidence to hit the ground running on day one.

Participants will explore IFSEL’s Whole-Community Approach to SEL, with a focus on key elements for mentors, homeroom teachers, advisors, and other SEL practitioners. Through engaging, hands-on experiences, participants will practice and explore strategies that deepen their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and build confidence in working with students, colleagues, and families.

These workshops are open to all—whether you’re stepping into a new role, looking for a refresher, or adapting to a new SEL program!
