While small gestures of appreciation matter, sustainable impact comes from systems that prioritize belonging, connection, and adult wellbeing, every day of the year. This conversation will highlight practical ways to embed self-awareness, empathy, communication, and thoughtful decision-making into the fabric of your school, so appreciation becomes part of your culture, not just a calendar event.
Together, we’ll explore how co-regulation supports classrooms where students and educators can learn and teach at their best. We’ll share concrete, experience-based strategies that support emotional steadiness, trust, and conditions for meaningful learning.
Come discover how physical education and play can be a powerful catalyst for school-wide culture and connection. These strategies go far beyond the gym, offering practical ways for all educators and PE Teachers to integrate movement, build relationships, and boost engagement across classrooms, advisory, recess, and afterschool programs that strengthen schoolwide culture
Conflict is a natural part of classroom life, but we don’t have to wait for it to erupt before teaching students and educators how to navigate it. We'll share a few simple ways to introduce the language and routines of repair early in the year, while relationships are still taking shape!
