Trinity Thompson is an educational consultant, writer, and organizer currently living in Oakland, California. She most recently served as the Director of Experiential and Community Based Learning at The College Preparatory School, where she helped to launch a four-year SEL and E&I experiential learning program for all students. Here, she also worked as the Equity and Inclusion Committee Co-Chair. Throughout her career, Trinity has worn many hats as an elementary, middle, and high school teacher, as well as a coach and facilitator helping to train educators and nonprofit professionals in cultural competency and equitable and inclusive design.
Trinity received her BA degree from Stanford University in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity and English, Creative Writing, and also holds an MA in Sociology from Stanford University and an MS in Early Childhood General and Special Education from Touro College's Progressive Education Institute.
Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, when she is not working, Trinity enjoys indulging her sweet tooth, keeping up to date on all things film, and scheduling her days around time in the sun.
