Meet the Team

Dana joined The Institute for Social and Emotional Learning (IFSEL) in January 2025 as Financial Assistant and Materials Coordinator. With over two decades of experience in administrative support, spanning the financial services industry and professional development in public education—Dana brings a thoughtful and organized approach to her work.

Supporting IFSEL’s mission has been especially meaningful for Dana, as it allows her to contribute to the well-being of society by helping empower educators and young people around the world through social and emotional learning. She finds deep purpose in knowing the tools and resources she helps deliver can inspire positive change in classrooms and communities.

Outside of her role at IFSEL, Dana is an active team manager for a local swim club and enjoys creating and exploring art, spending time with friends and family, swimming, hiking, and gardening.
