Youth are at the heart of what we do. Our Youth Leadership Council (YLC) is a way for young people to contribute to the work of IFSEL.
Members of the YLC build their own leadership skills and gain experience working with a group of peers from across the globe. The YLC plays a crucial role in IFSEL’s mission to transform and empower educators and students.
As current or recent students, our mission is to help keep IFSEL’s content relevant and meaningful to young people by advising staff members on a range of topics including curricula and lessons; creating new resources ourselves; and representing a youth voice at meetings and events.
